Harrison Hills Neighborhood Roadway Maintenance

The City of Dripping Springs will be performing roadway pavement sealing in the Harrison Hills subdivision beginning July 14, 2026. This preventative maintenance helps preserve the roadway, extend pavement life, and reduce future repair costs.

Work will be completed over several days, with different streets scheduled on different dates. Please refer to the schedule below to determine when work will occur on your street.

7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Weather permitting)

Weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments to the schedule. The latest project updates will be available on the City's website and social media pages.

What to Expect

• No on-street parking will be permitted within active work zones during construction hours. Please move all vehicles before 7:00 a.m. on your scheduled workday.
• A traffic cone will be placed at your driveway the afternoon before work as a reminder to relocate any vehicles.
• Temporary road closures and limited access should be expected while the pavement sealer is applied and allowed to cure.
• Driveway access will be unavailable for approximately 24 hours after the seal coat has been applied. Please plan accordingly.
• Residents may temporarily park off-street on the roadway shoulder within the public right-of-way, where safe and permitted.
• Driving or walking on freshly sealed pavement before it has fully cured may result in tracking of sealant onto driveways, sidewalks, and other surfaces. Please follow all barricades and posted instructions to help prevent damage.
