Maintenance Positions
Maintenance Worker I - Full-time, Non-exempt
Pay Range: $22 - $24 hourly
The Maintenance Worker supports the City’s facility operations by performing maintenance, repair, and upkeep of City properties, facilities, structures, recreation areas, and equipment while carrying out a variety of semi-skilled maintenance tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Director and Lead Maintenance Worker.

City Attorney Positions
Deputy City Attorney - Full-time, Exempt
Pay Range: $70,000 - $113,000 annually
The Deputy City Attorney supports the City’s legal operations by providing counsel and guidance to the City Council, Mayor, and city staff on a broad range of municipal matters. This role represents the City’s interests, serves as the primary advisor on Public Information Act issues, manages legal research and compliance activities, maintains legal documentation, and ensures adherence to applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
The Project Manager supports the City’s capital improvement and infrastructure initiatives by coordinating the planning, design, procurement, and execution of municipal projects. This role manages contract administration, construction oversight, and quality assurance activities, maintains project documentation, and ensures compliance with city, state, and federal regulations while delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Parks & Community Service Positions
Lead Youth Counselor - Part-time
Pay Range: $18 hourly
The Lead Youth Counselor oversees daily operations of assigned youth programs and activities while ensuring participant safety, program quality, and positive youth engagement. This position leads recreational, educational, nature-based, and enrichment programs; supervises Youth Counselors; supports transportation operations; and helps create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for participants. The Lead Youth Counselor serves as a leader and role model while helping ensure the successful delivery of Parks & Community Services programs.

Building Positions
Senior Building Inspector - Full-time, Exempt
Pay Range: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
The Senior Building Inspector shall be responsible for the practical application of the City of Dripping Springs’ (the “City”) building codes through field inspection and plan review. The Senior Building Inspector (“this position”) will operate under the direction and management of the City Building Official.
This position will interface with City management and other departmental employees. This position will interact directly with builders, architects, developers, and sub-contractors who are doing business with the City. This position shall carry out all responsibilities in accordance with departmental policies and procedures, City codes, City ordinances, and state and federal regulations.
