Lead Camp Counselor
Pay Range: $18 hourly
The Lead Camp Counselor oversees and supervises a designated age group of 12–24 youth participants and serves as the primary leader for a core group of approximately 10–12 campers within that age range. This position is responsible for planning and delivering daily nature‑based programs and activities while creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging camp environment. The Lead Camp Counselor also provides direct supervision and support to Assistant Camp Counselors assigned to the group and is accountable for high‑quality camper supervision, effective activity facilitation, and positive youth engagement.

Assistant Camp Counselor
