Itinerant Vendor Permit Application: 

If an individual would like to sell goods or services within the city limits of Dripping Springs they are required to obtain an Itinerant Vendor Permit. The Permit is for a single day, 30 days or 6 months.

13.11 Itinerant Vendor Permit Application Fees: (Click applicable permit duration to pay the fee)
13.11.1    One Day: $35.00 
13.11.2    Thirty Days: $50.00 
13.11.3    Six Months: $70.00 

If you are proposing to display goods to the public or offer goods for sale from a residence or business that you do not own, this application must also be accompanied by a written permit signed by the owner or the duty authorized agent of the owner of the property.

When issued to the applicant, the permit and photo identification must be displayed in plain view when conducting the sale or displaying the goods.
