Submitting an Application
All application submittals are accepted online through MGOConnect.org. Submit under Planning & Zoning and select the jurisdiction of Dripping Springs.
Application fees are collected after a project has been filed for review. Payment may be made through MGOConnect.org, by mailing a check to PO Box 384, Dripping Springs, Texas 78620, or by delivering a check in person to the Development Services office located at 661 Hwy 290, Dripping Springs, Texas 78620.
SUBDIVISION PLAT SUBMITTAL SCHEDULE
A subdivision application may be uploaded at any time, however, it will not be accepted until the next submission deadline date. Submissions that are deemed to be administratively complete shall be considered a filed application on the next scheduled date of filing. New plat application submissions have a 30 day timeline between deadline and review date. Resubmitted applications have a 15 day timeline between deadline and review date.

SITE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PLAN SUBMITTAL SCHEDULE
Site Development and Construction Plan applications may be submitted at any time; however, the application will not be accepted until the following Wednesday. At that time, the application will enter a 7-day administrative completeness review. After being deemed complete, the 28-day review (first submittal) or 14-day review (resubmission) begins.

Other Applications to include but not limited to: Variance, Conditional Use Permit, Zoning Amendment, Annexation, Special Exception, Waiver
All other applications can be submitted between normal business hours with a staff member of the Planning Department or through MyGovernmentOnline.org.
